Bubbadue
My name is Ashley, I matriculated in 2018 and started up my own business called “Bubbadue!”
I have always been passionate about gift giving… my eldest cousin had just had a baby and I fell so in love with that tiny little baby girl it was all I could think about. I had been looking so hard for an amazing gift for her , and during my hunt I had began to realize the incredible talent in South Africa. I came up with the idea of sourcing my products from, and supporting local South African businesses.
It took a whole year to get things up and running, so 2019 was full of uncertainty, planning and making sure everything was perfect for our launch.
We launched this year in Feb and have been so grateful for the support we have gotten.
Right now I describe Bubbadue to people as a newborn baby gifting service. We sell curated boxes, as well as offer the option of building your own box. Our boxes come in 2 sizes… we just launched our petite range of curated boxes, they are a lot smaller than our main boxes and cheaper 🙂
